This year, I had the opportunity to attend a very special event, and I wanted to create a video about it. As I started editing the footage, I realized it would be best to divide it into two parts. In this video, I’m sharing the first part of my journey to Bologna, the city I visited to attend the Bologna Children’s Book Fair, one of the most renowned international events in the world of children's books and illustration.
I talk about how the idea for this trip came about, why I decided to go there, and what my first impressions of the fair were.
In the video, I’ll show the exhibition's atmosphere, pavilions featuring illustrators’ work, my first impressions, and a glimpse into this creative journey to Italy.
